Evgenia Pokrovskaya is a traumatologist at the Institute of Emergency Medicine. She fights every shift to save the lives of patients, overcoming the gender prejudices of colleagues. Despite this, she tries to devote time to her personal life.

An insurance agent, an accountant, a digital gravedigger, a homeless accordion player, a typography designer and seven other completely different people meet at a cooking class. Father and son are driving a car through a monotonous, endless, cold autumn landscape. Their paths will all cross and life will never be the same again. Ultimately, each of them will understand what it means to be an angel on this cruel, dry, gray earth.

In the vacuum space, a clash of opposing social groups occurs: intellectuals and criminal elements. This leads to a catastrophe and entails a change in social roles - the persecuted become persecutors, the executioner turns into a victim.
