Biography
Filmmaker, Director - Between 2019-2023 studied Audio-Visual arts at the Georgian Institute Of Public Affairs (GIPA). Currently based in Tbilisi, Georgia, evolving as a filmmaker, exploring different genres and forms of storytelling on the line between documentary and fiction. Has made a short Documentary (ChaiKhana, Chai Docs) and a short fiction (independent, GIPA), along with an experimental short documentary. Now working on a hybrid documentary 'A Dog's Life'.

The area of the abandoned parliament building in Kutaisi is an equal attraction and source of inspiration for artists and political elites of different eras. A young filmmaker studies the memory of this spot with his handheld camera, led by members of the band Skazz, and tries to reflect the facade of a building standing in the swamp.
Ode to the Memorial
The main character of the film is 20-year-old Ana Sikhashvili, who is blind. Ana shares her personal experiences, thoughts, and views on various topics. Through a studio interview, walks in her favorite places, and sincere conversations, she introduces us to her world. Her memories, her present life; the sounds she hears; her attitude toward everyday details — these are what Ana shares with us.
