Malaya, a twenty-seven-year-old woman married to the love of her life Maharnav, is pregnant with their first child. She is often left to dwell in her veil of solitude throughout her pregnancy journey and is often met with disturbing thoughts and hallucinations The story turns dark when the age-old animosity between two legends, the Jokhini and the demon comes to light and the uncanny repercussions that follow.
