Adaptation of a popular comedy: When the country uncle he has been bilking comes to town to visit, a young student takes him to a boarding house full of exaggerated eccentric characters.

Lisa is taking a night train to Munich to start fashion training, while Martin is a young artist. They meet and romance blossoms. Upon arrival, they plan to meet later at Marienplatz. However, they didn’t know it’s Fasching, the Bavarian carnival, and the square is packed. They miss each other in the crowd and struggle to find one another with limited information, leading to a series of near misses.

The misadventures of an effete young man who must get married in order to inherit a fortune. He opts to purchase a remarkably lifelike doll and marry it instead, not realizing that the doll is actually the dollmaker’s flesh-and-blood daughter in disguise.

In this convoluted melodrama, an elderly thespian falls for a rising young starlet. He admits his love for her and then announces that he will retire. The young woman pretends she loves him too, but her real motive is to give her struggling lover, also an aspiring actor, a break.

In the very old-fashioned town of Ostend suddenly 13 suitcases are delivered to the Grand Hotel, with a note, that O.F. will be here soon and needs 6 rooms. This event, probably the biggest in 300 years, starts a small wave of modernisation, yet everybody is wondering who O.F. is.

The story of Romeo and Juliet, a tale as old as time-- Here, played as farcical lark: A goofy comedy of manners set in a snowy Bavarian village.

Leopold Pichler is a very orderly and trustworthy chief cashier who is asked by his boss to get a large sum of money from the bank which the boss urgently needs on a trip to Vienna. Due to some circumstances, getting the money takes a little longer than expected and the director leaves for Vienna without it.

The race car drivers Robert Wenck and Kurt Harder are good friends. They become rivals when it appears that Robert is married to Eva. Eva was the former lover of Kurt Harder. Complications will follow.

Endstation offers the American viewer tantalizing glimpses of busy, bustling mid-1930s Vienna. Otherwise, this minor yarn of an amorous streetcar conductor is strictly formula material. The film benefits from the star power of Paul Horbiger, resplendently garbed in an elaborate conductor's uniform. Also worth noting is the performance of Maria Andergest as the woebegone hatmaker whose fate is inextricably linked with hero Horbiger. Incidentally though the direction is credited with one E. W. Emo, Paul Horbiger actually called most of the shots on Endstation.

A cabaret singer entrusts her illegitimate daughter to a country doctor but doesn't say which of three friends of his is the father. Rumors are spread and relationships are strained until one man admits the truth.

The pianist Angelika Rink is exhausted from her chasing after success and is looking for peace and quiet in her hometown. Here, she sees her childhood friend Dr. Manfred Claudius again, who is running a country clinic with a lot of idealism. They both still love one another, but neither is prepared to give up his/her career for the other.

Rather coarse, pre-War comedy about a Markgraf -- Heinrich XXVI -- who bathes in the springs of the Ammendorf to strengthen his potency. The town and its springs are especially well known for the many couples with lots of children, who, for tax reasons, live there unmarried. The town smithy and bully provides his vitality to ensure the countess has an heir for the throne.

The gorgeous 40-year-old Elsie Lindtner lives in a beautiful house, and is married to a respectable university professor. And yet, there’s something that nags her. She’s about to reach “the dangerous age”, when beauty begins to fade and boredom kicks in. She falls in love with a younger man and divorces her husband, but ends up hiding away in a country house where she can age in secret. (Stumfilm.dk)

The taxi driver Fritz gets to know the millionaire-heiress Iris and marries her against the wishes of her family. They live together in a small apartment and are very happy. But Fritz wants to offer Iris more and thus finds a position as a laborer in a large car factory and ends up making a career for himself as a race car driver. But while he is driving from one victory to another, he is getting more and more estranged from his young wife. As his career starts to go downhill, he notices the mistakes he has made and tries to win Iris back.
