Biography
Dermot is an emerging Dublin-based film editor. His work to date consists primarily of student and independent short films, as well as live events and music videos. His short film Housemates won Best Screenwriting at the 2025 Dublin University Film Festival. Dermot is also a musician, having played violin for over 17 years. He is self-taught in piano, trumpet, percussion, and bass guitar, and has performed in orchestras, ensembles, and pit bands for many years.
