Andre Anderson is a 10th generation African Nova Scotia with deep roots from the historic and ancestral African Nova Scotia communities of The Preston Township and Upper Hammonds Plains. A visionary, filmmaker, entrepreneur, and community advocate, Andre is dedicated to amplifying underrepresented voices and creating innovative change through the power of storytelling and business. He is not just a film director, he is a writer, innovator and thought leader, shaping the cultural and economic landscape of African Nova Scotia through film, technology and social policy.
