Biography
Joel Ellis is a New Orleans-based actor and filmmaker. A graduate of Tulane University, Joel discovered acting while fulfilling a requirement for his Computer Science degree. He has written and appeared in many short films, with Xulectra being his latest. Joel has also performed on stage in The Upstairs Lounge and Fantômes with the Mélange Dance Company. He currently studies under Doug Spearman (his Xulectra co-star) and regularly practices Fitzmaurice Voicework.
