When Valentina returns home after a long day at work, she is once again confronted by Ralph, a local real estate developing trying to buy up all the houses on her block. Ralph makes one final offer to buy Valentina's house, but she refuses. Ralph then spots Faith standing at the end of the block and offers her a job. That night, as Valentina tries to enjoy her night off, she is startled by a loud sound outside. She finds Ralph in the alleyway next to her house. Once, Ralph leaves, Valentina goes back to enjoying her night alone. She is again startled by the sound of a car outside and decides to go to sleep. As she sleeps, an intruder breaks into her house to kill her. Valentina fights off the intruder as she attempts to run for safety.
