The Artek International Children's Center has always been a land of sunshine and loud laughter, but these camps will be special. While an obsessed astronomy professor scours the surrounding area in search of a fallen meteorite for long-awaited glory, inexplicable things begin to happen at the camp. One by one, the most active children turn into "shadows": they lose interest in games, friends, and life, sinking into a frightening apathy.
