"Lunod" is a documentary exploring the sacred Tinipak River in Rizal Province, Philippines, and its connection to local inhabitants. The film centers on 63-year-old Nanay Nelly, a Dumagat tribe member, as she confronts the impending threat of the Kaliwa Dam, which endangers the river's existence.

After reconnecting through a phone call, Justin, an analog filmmaker, and Grace, a frustrated poet, reminisce about the day they first met — a day that Justin tries to recreate from memory.

In 1989, Rody ruled the wrestling ring as Max Buwaya—a fierce heel who captivated the Pinoy wrestling scene. Decades later, he drifts through obscurity, his daily ritual of donning the mask offering fleeting comfort against a world quietly closing in. Wrestling with a fading sense of purpose, he prepares for a triumphant return: a final match that could earn him the belt he’s longed for his entire life.
