Arka Sıradakiler is the title of a Turkish teen drama series, created by Birol Güven and directed by Hamdi Alkan. Meaning "those at the rear desks", name of the series was attributed to a group of forsaken students whose experiences are taken as subject of the storyline. The series began broadcast on September 30, 2007 on Fox Turkey. It is aired weekly on Sundays at 19:45.

Vedat, a veteran missionary, and Evren, a political corrector who has studied philosophy, are the duo assigned for the 'extremely important' errands of a wealthy businessman. This mismatched duo, one of whom closes his eyes and does his duty, and the other questions every step he takes, sets out on a different adventure in each episode. But they clash within themselves, more than they do due to duty.

Middle-aged HAKKI lives in a historical Aegean village with his family. He provides for them by selling statuettes in front of the nearby ancient city as well as guiding local tours. The region harbors business opportunities as touristic interest booms; however, HAKKI fails to catch the trend. One day, he finds a historical artifact in his garden by chance and sells it for a car's price, later he finds out the actual value of the artifact is a hundred times higher. With great ambition, he starts digging tunnels in his garden, hoping to find more valuables, yet he gets nothing. He is now obsessed, sacrifices much of his life and takes on a dark journey for both him and his family.

Although it sounds good in theory, the miracle of becoming the Son of the Sun doesn't in practice turn out the way Fikri Şemsigil expects. The film is set in present-day Istanbul. Selim is a shop owner in his early forties. He sells clothing for men in his shop situated in one of the back streets of Istanbul. One of his neighbours, a young widow named Nihal tries to seduce Selim, but her flirtation leaves him cold. Selim is known for his honesty and integrity among his family and friends. He is a careful spender. As a little child, he has learned that money is not easily earned. He has no tolerance for petty "trickery" met in daily life. One day, Selim finds a bag full of dollar bills (approximately 500,000$) in a cab. From that day on, Selim finds himself in a bewildered state with a bag full of money on his hands.

The political drama "Zincirbozan" was written by journalist Avni Özgürel, and depicted the period between 1979 and 1983, the most tumultous years in the recent Turkish history. Zincirbozan shows a chronology of the most significant events in this period , such as the assassination of the famous journalist Abdi İpekçi, the escalating terrorism in the run up to the 1980 military coup, the futile attempts of politicians to stop the turmoil and terror on the streets, the military taking over the government, and the exiling of the political figures, and depicts the period with new insights into its less known aspects. The movie is named after the Zincirbozan military complex in the city of Çanakkale, where the leading politicans of the period were interned.

Aydın is a policeman recently appointed to a new post in Istanbul. While trying to get used to life in the big city, Aydın stumbles upon Mehtap, a young woman who works at a candy shop in Beyoğlu, and he falls for her.
