Biography
Ersultan Tolegen is a director, screenwriter, composer and one of the founders of tolqyn pictures and ART core, as well as a student of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov. He is known for his short films "189", "Regular People" and "You’re Playing Out of Tune, Buddy". He has participated in several festivals and won the "Best Soundtrack" award for the film "The Teapot".
