Biography
Lia Bueno (Alta Floresta – Mato Grosso, April 29, 2005) is a Brazilian a screenwriter, producer and assistant director. At the age of 17, she moved to São Paulo with the aim of fulfilling her dream of working in the audiovisual industry. She began her career in 2023, working as assistant director on the short film Quem Sou Eu?, which deals with the effects of institutional racism on the life of a black woman. The following year, she was screenwriter and producer on Uma Colagem Sobre Nós, which brings together trans people in a collage workshop to discuss their dreams and contradictions.

Teresa is a black woman who suffers a racist insult from her boss, affected by the comment, she is unable to go to work. While Teresa remembers her past, a cockroach emerges from the bottom of her closet. From that moment on, Teresa will rethink her decisions and the things she left behind.
