100 years ago, Suri was kidnapped by Musa with the help of Mbah Timah to Bukit Tinggi because she refused to marry the child of the British colonists. There, he fell in love with Hendra, the son of Pak Lurah and they got married. Out of revenge, Musa with the help of Mbah Timah killed Suri and her husband in front of their son, Ryanto. Before being killed, Suri promised to rise again to destroy the entire lineage of Musa.
The story follows Nizam (Tomok) who falls in love at first sight with Sofiah (Kilafairy). Sofiah ignores Nizam because she adheres to her principle of only accepting a future imam who is sufficiently perfect in her eyes and her family's eyes. Eventually Nizam succeeds in winning Sofiah's heart and this marks the beginning of a new challenge to gain the blessing of Sofiah's family. Sofiah's parents do not judge based on wealth but they set a condition that Nizam must obtain the approval of five of Sofiah's brothers namely Sufian (Aidil Aziz), Sobri (Black Hanifah), Syahrin (Raja Afiq), Syamil (Afzan A. Rahman) and Shuib (Danial Dashuki). The brothers' overprotective behavior will not make things easy for Nizam. For the sake of love, Nizam is willing to accept any conditions imposed by Sofiah's family. Matters become more complicated when Sofiah's mother, Emma (Ziana Zain) becomes the mastermind behind an attempt to sabotage all of Nizam's challenges.
