The Tooth Fairy needs a new challenge. Taking from children is too easy. They decide to prey on the insecurities of Jay as they attempt to fit in at a house party, the Tooth Fairy possesses them, forcing them to give them what they want and more.

V is bitten by the woman they love and held hostage til their next period. Acclimatizing to this new diet, they attack two acquaintances and inadvertently recruit them.

In a cold, dystopian city drained of its compassion by industrialization and hard economic times, a homeless boy with tentacles learns to claim his own identity.
