A gritty whodunit drama that follows Spade, an old-fashioned detective who is on the search for a missing girl called Lucy with the assistance of Casey, his new senior detective. But as these two detectives dig deeper into the case, they are forced to come face to face with the horrors of the modern world.

Emily, a young woman who's trying to find her feet in the modern world after leaving education, working full-time in the city to provide for herself, being overworked and unpaid, with the lingering fear of losing her home. Emily is forced to go to the most extreme measures to survive.

Two new P.I.s struggling to find their first case are forced into a game of Cat and Mouse when their bike is stolen, giving them the opportunity to prove their ability to not only the city, but themselves.
