Andrea Volpetti

Set during the summer of 1957. Ex-racecar driver, Enzo Ferrari, is in crisis. Bankruptcy stalks the company he and his wife, Laura, built from nothing ten years earlier. Their tempestuous marriage struggles with the mourning for one son and the acknowledgement of another.

The drama of a couple unfolds in the claustrophobic rooms of their small apartment. Psychological abuse is inextricably intertwined with everyday life. He measures her every day and diligently notes every slight change in her body. The trauma will survive even after her rebellion.
