Shin and Joe, former ping-pong rivals who once faced each other in a national youth match, meet again years later on very different paths from the dreams they once had. Two women, one Thai and the other Burmese, are mutually bound to a crippling fate. An abandoned house far deep within a lush mangrove forest offers them an enlightening glimpse of solace.
