Zoe, an adult teacher, is at the house of Alfonsina, one of her older students. Her student asks her for help reading her late husband's letter, but when Zoe reads the content she lies to hide the harsh truth.

In the present, the word is mediated by the communication devices that are part of our daily lives. The voice is almost an oddity whose power deteriorated over time. Through an answering machine without a recipient or sender, memories lost in time and space remind us of the strength and sensitivity of our language.
