Dr. Daw Myat Thu Kha Maung is a famous heart surgeon in Myanmar. 60-year-old Daw Myat Thu Kha Maung is smart and proud. He is a great scorer. He is trying to establish a specialist hospital called Royal Health and make it the number one hospital in Myanmar. Dr. Tun Myat Tha and his son Dr. Myat Zaw from Tun Specialist Hospital, who are rivals of Royal Thukha Maung, are always watching Daw Myat Thukha Maung's activities and always trying to defeat Royal Thukha. In fact, Tun Specialist Hospital is the number one hospital in Myanmar, even better than Royal Sukha. However, due to past grudges between Dr. Myat Thukha Maung, the director of Royal Health, and U Tun Myat Tha, the leading patron of Tun Hospital, they have become rivals. "Beloved" is a Burmese television series that was officially purchased and aired on ABS-CBN in the Philippines.

A group of friends decides to tease the weakest of the group on April fools day. What starts as an innocent joke quickly turns nasty, the teasing becomes cruel, and soon the victim seeks revenge. Elsewhere, another group of teens (including a trio of lovers) has its own problems relating to jealousy and betrayal. The two groups meet one night. That very night, or Nya, becomes the backdrop of the film.
