Lourdes Ruiz Baltazar (Tepito, 1971-Mexico City, April 13, 2019), better known as the Queen of Albur or the Masked Purslane, was the first woman winner of the albur tournament in Mexico City, a workshop leader and disseminator of the popular culture of Tepito.
