The film mainly tells the story of Wu Qi, a Faqiu inheritor played by Julat Kutilai, and his close friend Wang Fugui. While searching for the whereabouts of their master, they accidentally clash with Lin Zhenzhen, the daughter of a warlord. Unexpectedly, all three fall into the scheme of the villain Hong Ling. After a negotiation, the three forces enter the tomb with their own agendas. Wu Qi uses the secret Faqiu techniques to locate the tomb and cleverly 破解 (break) the mechanisms, leading everyone to escape death in the tomb.
This film tells the story of Ma Jun, an early revolutionary martyr of the Chinese Communist Party. After joining the Party in 1920, he organized the May Fourth Movement, helped establish underground Party branches in Northeast China, and studied in the Soviet Union. Upon returning, he was appointed Secretary and Organization Minister of the Beijing Municipal Committee. Ultimately, he was betrayed and died heroically for the revolutionary cause.
