Zainab is in Lagos for two reasons; to spread the word and chop life. Amaka is ready to pack her load and leave the city she has spent her whole life in. The worlds of the two women collide as the spirit of Lagos brings them together and threatens to pull them apart.

Chuma Eze is an opinionated, feminist journalist in the running for a prestigious women’s award. When her boss (Jia) asks her to interview Iziegbe “Izi”, who is also a contender for the same award, Chuma reluctantly takes on the job. She soon discovers that there is more to Izi than meets the eye.
