Christopher Muir

A live television play set in Italy, about a man who falls in love with the wife of a gangster. Broadcast live in Melbourne on 22 April 1959. A kinescope ("telerecording") was made of the broadcast and shown in Sydney on 6 May 1959.

After the murder of her lover Caesar, Egypt's queen Cleopatra needs a new ally. She seduces his probable successor Mark Antony. This develops into real love and slowly leads to a war with the other possible successor - Octavius.
