Biography
While still being a newcomer in the world of filmmaking, Tobias Waßmund has been a Cinephile for many years. He was born in Wiesbaden Germany in 1999 and spent most of his youth doing all kinds of art projects. When he wasn’t busy studying or hanging out with friends he drew fan art, built prop replicas from his favorite movies, and wrote his own screenplays. In one way or the other, it was always about film. That’s why he decided to sign up for Film Studies at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz after graduating from high school in 2018. After gaining his bachelor’s degree in 2022 his next big goal was shooting his own movies.

Painful memories awaken a nameless man in a barren apartment. In a haze of remorse and bad dreams his gaze tumbles through the cold room. Traces of a former life cast his mind down a spiral of repressed memories. The faded photographs do not bring him solace. A dark entity on the other side of the picture frame has occupied the space where his reflection used to be. It leads him into an abyss with no means of escape: the depths of his own consciousness. He is seeking answers, why fate has led him into a realm of desolation. But the further he dives into his own past, the more he realizes that he has been living a lie.
Nightmare Prelude
Bruno gets on a bus, the bus leaves and drives to death. In heaven they are very surprised by Bruno’s early arrival and Clara, Bruno's goddess, is furious with rage. She emphatically reminds Bruno of his crucial mission: He has to write the best threatening letter ever sent to an european transport company. Therefore Clara sends him back to earth...
