Biography
João Picciarelli is a writer and filmmaker. Born and raised in Santo André, Brazil, João Picciarelli moved to Winter Park, Florida, to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Film Production at Full Sail University. He now resides in his hometown, continuing to pursue his passion for cinema. Recognized for Best Director at the 10th Andromeda Film Festival and The Gladiator Film Festival for the short film Elegy. He was also interviewed by the Student World Impact Film Festival about the short film Elegy, and the interview can be found on the festival's podcast.
