Her poetic and musical monologue accompanies her personal memories, ultimately leading her to find herself. Mihiri Mušsžfik, the first female painter in Turkey, who lived an extraordinary life, defying the norms of her time, is the inspiration for the film.

An old woman and her granddaughter sit around a table and go through old family photographs. The old woman tries to resist looking at these pictures, yet she cannot resist what the past evokes. During the time of drinking one cup of Turkish coffee, we witness the story of a little girl who hung on to life.

The One Note Man, is a percussionist plays in the last row of a symphonic orchestra without been noticed and appreciated by others. During the concerts, he has only one note to play with his cymbals to attract the attention of a woman among the audience.
