Manuel finds an old CD that belongs to his mother, Silvina, that contains videos from her youth. As he watches them, he finds out about something that makes him feel guilty, but quickly Silvina shows him another video to change his mind.

Leo (12) tries to fish with a homemade rod on the riverbank, dealing with the distant gaze of his father, Luis (50), who remains lost in his own grief. The distance between them seems irreconcilable until the river offers Leo a gift: a unique fishing hook.
