Skurkarnas skurk is about the 12-year-old and rebellious Stephanie who dreams of becoming a superhero just like her deceased mother, but fails miserably at the entrance exam to the Hero School. She may get a second chance if she infiltrates the School of Rogues and manages to recover a powerful artifact that was stolen.
