Biography
Sushrut Mankani began his journey in Marathi cinema as an assistant director, working with renowned filmmakers like Gajendra Ahire, Sumitra Bhave and Sunil Sukthankar before eventually foraying into acting. Notable among Sushrut`s acting credits are the films Sumbaran (2009), Swarajya (2011), the sports action drama Bedhadak (2018), which starred Girish Taware in the lead role and was directed by Santosh Manjrekar and the upcoming historical film "1857 Diary: The Hidden Pages" (2024), which is directed by Umesh Bhardwaj.
