Four friends set out on a hike up a mountain in Norway. As they walk in spectacular nature the sins of the past come back to haunt them and the reason for the hike might not be what we think.

In a psychiatric ward, Hanne, a secluded patient, is observed by two staff members with contrasting approaches: one strictly adheres to rules, while the other shows empathy. The film delves into their interactions and how they affect Hanne's condition. As tensions rise, an alarm sounds, leaving questions unanswered.
