A group of Vietnam War veterans re-unite to rescue one of their own left behind and taken prisoner by the Vietnamese.

For their term project, five psychology students decide to study serial killers to learn what turns a normal person, into a cold-blooded murderer. With the knowledge they gain, they attempt to capture the killer stalking their town.
