Leo, a 26-year-old Dominican screenwriter, is in a session with his psychiatrist. Just as the psychiatrist is about to give Leo the answer he's been seeking, Leo's hysterical mother interrupts the session. Now, Leo, in a state of confusion, will search for answers to the obstacles holding him back.

While living abroad, Nuni must come back to the Dominican Republic to face the grief of losing her grandma.
