Milly Elwell is a British Producer and Filmmaker from Salford, United Kingdom. She gained a passion for film through the stunning visual design and through provoking narratives of filmmakers such as Henry Selick. Elwell joined Vjestica Productions as their head producer in mid-2023, since then her work has allowed their projects to thrive more than ever. Within 6 months of joining; Elwell’s methodical producing skills increased the studios project budgets by 5 times, resulting in acclaimed projects such as ‘Fragments Of Us’, a 2025 romance drama nearing 30,000 views across the web. Elwell produced and co-wrote Crossfade, adding the world-building and overall emotional value of the characters within it, sharing the same passions as the director when it came to the aesthetical potential of the film. Her contributions resulted in Crossfade having the highest production value for a Vjestica Productions project to date, she achieves this through her meticulous attention to detail behind the scenes, leaving no stone unturned when it comes to the ethical and logistical aspects of a film she finds herself on.
