In the co-feature, Brian Norman Jr. makes the inaugural defense of his WBO welterweight world championship against Puerto Rican challenger Derrieck Cuevas.

Sandy Ryan defends her WBO welterweight world title against Mikaela Mayer at The Theater at Madison Square Garden. And she will do so with a former Mayer confidant in her corner. Kay Koroma, who helped train Mayer from Olympic standout to professional world champion, will help train Ryan for this career-defining main event.

Billed as Winner Takes All, was a unification professional boxing match contested between WBA (Super), WBO, and The Ring lightweight champion, Vasyl Lomachenko, and IBF lightweight champion, Teófimo López. The bout took place on October 17, 2020, at the MGM Grand Conference Center in Paradise, Nevada. López defeated Lomachenko via unanimous decision (UD) with the judges' scorecards reading 119–109, 117–111, and 116–112.

Oscar “La Migraña” Duarte (28-2-1, 22 KOs) faces Miguel “El Explosivo” Madueño (31-3, 28 KOs) in what is guranteed to be an all out Mexico vs. Mexico brawl.
