Biography
Giancarlo was born and grew up in Bataan, Philippines. He immigrated to the United States at 16 years old. He served in the US Navy and subsequently worked with the Department of Veterans Affairs as a career federal employee in the medical field. The arts, especially music and the creative fields of acting and film are some of his passions. He is based in Southern California.
