Following the inexplicable sinking of a trawler and its fishermen who remain untraceable, Abigail, an oceanographer, is sent by IFREMER on a mission to Fécamp, her hometown, which she left a few years earlier following a family tragedy.
An adaptation of Phillip K. Dick's Meddler where a government Council illegally makes Time Dips into the future with escalation of adverse consequences following each time-dip. The protagonist, Hasten, is sent in a Time Car as a last-ditch attempt to learn how this meddling worked its destructive force and how to correct the problem.
