Rima Nakabayashi (中林 里茉 Nakabayashi Rima) known mainly as Rima (リマ), is a Japanese rapper and idol under JYP Entertainment in the group NiziU. She was a contestant in the Nizi Project Season 1, ranking 3rd and debuting with NiziU. Rima's position is NiziU is rapper and vocalist.

NizU Scout is a reality/variety show where the members of NiziU, Mako, Rio, Maya, Riku, Ayaka, Mayuka, Rima, Miihi and Nina go through various challenges and missions to earn a badge. The first member to earn 5 badges would be able to graduate from a NiziU Scout; furthermore, the member with the most medals would become the MVP and would receive a prize at the end.

The 9-member girl group "NiziU" (pronounced: Niju) will release their long-awaited 2nd album "COCONUT" on Wednesday, July 19th. This conceptual album with the theme of "summer" is currently being held on a nationwide arena tour!
