He chooses the latter, which distorts his sanity and self.

Just like any of us, this person too is spending time on earth, which in turn becomes the life we get to live. But what makes these actions distinct is the gender this person possesses. It can be you or someone you know, and the time that is being spent can be a choice, an obligation, or a habit in disguise.
