They meet again in York New City, where the world's largest auction will be held. At the same time, the Phantom Troupe led by Chrollo also gathered in York New to steal all the auction items. The Phantom Troupe, commonly known as the "Spiders", was once a group of thieves who took the lives of Kurapika's entire clan, the Kurta tribe. Destiny intertwines like chains. Kurapika's eyes turn scarlet with anger and sadness. Constraints and Covenants. Eventually, Kurapika confronts the Phantom Troupe alone in order to exact his revenge. Based on the popular Japanese manga series "Ginga -Nagareboshi Gin-" by Takahashi Yoshihiro, this stage musicals follow the story of an Akita dog Gin, the son of the mighty hunting dog Riki.

In pursuit of clues to find his father, Ging, Gon sets his sights on the legendary Hunter-exclusive video game, Greed Island. Together with Killua, he heads to Yorknew City to bid for it at the world's greatest auction. After a costly conflict with the Phantom Troupe leaves them bankrupt on auction day, the duo shifts tactics. They join the game as hired players for Battera, the billionaire who purchased every copy. Inside Greed Island, Gon and Killua clash with skilled participants like Genthru, Tsezguerra, and Goreinu. Their journey takes a decisive turn when they meet Biscuit Krueger, a formidable trainer who puts them through a grueling regimen. As their combat abilities soar, they must confront the game's formidable enemies and unravel its secrets. The ultimate challenge awaits: Can Gon clear the game and finally meet Ging?

This dynamic stage play adaptation brings the iconic "Hunter Exam" and "Zoldyck Family" arcs to life, capturing the adventure, friendship, and high stakes of the beloved series. The question hangs in the balance: Will Gon succeed in becoming a Hunter?

The musical was initially scheduled from June 25 to 30, 2020 at the Theatre1010 in Tokyo and from July 3 to 5, 2020 at the Mielparque Hall in Osaka but it was cancelled because of the Coronavirus outbreak.
