Biography
Nicholas (Xavi) Horne was born in Tampa, Florida, and lived there for the first week of his life. He and his family then moved to Miami, Florida, where he would go on to study filmmaking at John A. Ferguson Senior High School. There he attended a D.A.S.H program where he focused on film studies, television production, and acting, while also taking a dual enrollment program with Miami-Dade College to further his studies in screenwriting & cinematography. He would then go on to attend the Ringling College of Art and Design's Film program where he worked on projects such as Blinds Wide Open, Swan Song, and The What's-Its-Face. Nicholas has worked in a multitude of roles including editor, sound mixer, sound designer, boom operator, production designer, cinematographer, assistant camera, assistant director, and so on thanks to his education at Ringling College.
