The residents of Hope, NY come to the aid of displaced foster children after St. Jerome's Home for Children has a fire right before Christmas, and many families find the foster children complete their homes.

Pranks are a tradition in the neighbourhood, so when teenager Teagan is kidnapped, her parent's just think it's a prank. Fortunately, her sisters and other neighbourhood kids know better and spring into action, to rescue her using their best pranks.
