In order to recreate a picture taken in 1974, during the inauguration of São Paulo subway, Pedro meets two school friends he had not seen for 40 years. If their existential crises, ageing and (astray) ways were not enough, Pedro announces, to everyone's surprise, he intends to take his own life — even though not before he sees his soccer team win a championship.

Serginho has a hard time finding his place in the world as he works with his uncle at the market, supports his depressed mother, and takes care of his little brother.

Aurora, a stage actress now withdrawn from the spotlight, lives in an old boarding house she has turned into her refuge. When the construction of a subway station threatens to swallow everything around her, echoes of the past and an uncertain future lead Aurora to face the choices that brought her here.

Steve Spiegel was an ambitious filmmaker, for his first feature he decided to do a one-take action thriller, but this project ended up being cut short by an unfortunate accident.
