Lane Clyde Frost (October 12, 1963 – July 30, 1989) was an American professional rodeo cowboy who specialized in bull riding, and competed in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA). He was the 1987 PRCA World Champion bull rider. He was also the only rider ever to score a qualified ride on Red Rock, the 1987 PRCA Bucking Bull of the Year.

In "BULL TALK," Lane teaches the fundamentals of how to ride bulls. He begins be reviewing the equipment he uses in his occupation. Then he leads us into the chute to learn how to place the equipment and sit on the bull. Lane discusses his strategies of how to ride and get off the bull. In the final section of the video, Lane analyzes his 1978 NFR rides and his famous rides on "RED ROCK." The rides are shown in slow motion and reveal the mighty power of the bulls and the strength of Lane Frost.
