Rosa dreams of an image. The mysterious dream won't leave her head. She becomes obsessed with the hazy memory of a figure that seems to abduct a young black man. In search of answers, Rosa dives into the night.

At the height of Brazil’s military dictatorship, a flight would change the fate of everyone on board. Among the passengers were a mother, her two young children, and militants from VAR-Palmares with a daring plan: to divert Flight 114 to Cuba. Caravelle 114 reconstructs, in fiction, the events behind the hijacking that defied the Brazilian dictatorship.

Martelo is a 70-year-old fisherman who has not yet been able to retire. He is the lighthouse man, points his light towards the island of Superagüi and illuminates earthly desires: better working conditions, retiring with dignity, returning to the way things used to be.

Rosa imagines an image: a black woman in a waterfall. Is she from the past, the future, or another world? Everything feels strikingly real… While Paulo, her boyfriend, guides tourists through the black history of Curitiba, Rosa sets out in search of this image, unaware of the dangers the city holds for her.

After visiting his father and brother in prison, Gabriel (06) and his mother, Vera (45), return home weighed down by questions, fears, and an uncertain future. Vera tries to hold herself together when her son asks if, when he grows up, he too will share the same fate as the men in their family: incarceration.

In prison, visits are sacred. Antônio is anxious to see his wife, Vera. However, as he walks towards the visiting yard, his world begins to crumble when he sees Rodrigo, his son, coming out of one of the cells.
