Biography
Fiona Huxley is a film director and writer from the Washington, D.C. area who started writing, producing, and editing weekly segments for her school’s TV show, B-CCTV. She went on to attend Chapman University Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.F.A. in Film Production with an Emphasis in Directing. She specializes in comedies with themes of womanhood, family dysfunctionality, and the absurdity of life. She’s interested in all forms of comedy and has extensive experience in improv, sketch comedy, and stand-up. She currently is a member of the sketch comedy duo, Circus Jerks. She prioritizes female-driven stories and female-crewed film sets. She’s a fan of SNL, The Muppets, and the color pink, but she’s subtle about that last one.
