Don is a real estate salesman who volunteers at a "hotline for hope". Ann, who works in a photo store, has been told by her boyfriend that he doesn't love her anymore and wants to break up. To try to win him back, she records a videotape where she tells him things she never told him. When Don and Ann cross paths, their lives change fundamentally.

Reggie White stars as Reggie Knox, a pro football player who retires, frustrated because he hasn't won a championship. Knox begins coaching a Portland, Ore., high school football program, where he befriends a troubled student. Reggie fights local ruffians with Christian values. And punches.

This off the hook comedy centers on “Ray Ray” West, a pro ball player turned actor who’s weary of the pace. So he takes a break to go home to A-Town and chill with his girl and six old homies. When they decide to have a Bar-B-Q, word gets out and the rest of the neighborhood crashes the backyard boogie.
