In the 1990s, the trains stopped working, condemning many towns to isolation. The locals are going to die at the train station, as a metaphor for the death of their dreams.

Fede, a man who needs money, is contacted to murder a person in room 23 of the Galeon Hotel, without knowing the identity of the victim.

After seven years, Laura returns to her hometown due to the death of her father. As the days pass, his death becomes uncertain. She also discovers betrayals and hidden truths that force her to leave.
