The film tells three stories about young people during different periods of Chinese history: the development of the Great Northern Wilderness, the Large-scale Development of Western Chinese, and the new era of socialism. Countless young people, filled with passion, integrated their personal ideals into the current of the times and composed a song of youth. Through the ordinary stories of young people, the film depicts the great development of the times and showcases the patriotic spirit of generations of young people.

Drawn by a lucrative insurance payout, a woman and several others move into a haunted building for seven days, where supernatural disturbances and hidden motives spiral into a deadly struggle to survive the night when the spirits return.
