Biography
Rayyan Nurcipto, also known as Ryan, is an Indonesian comedy filmmaker. Inspired by his daily life and sense of humour, his films are known for their quirky, bizarre characters and often daring satirical themes that challenge social norms. His first comedy horror film, “Genderuwo One-oh-one,” won Best People's Choice at the SAE Film Award 2022, an achievement that was followed by his second film, “Snapshot Fiasco,” which won Best Comedy at an international film festival.
